My client based in Hampshire are at beginning stages of an exciting housing management programme and are looking for someone with experience in implementing housing I.T projects to assist them.
The role is likely to be 2-3 days per week and hybrid (ideally). It is essential that candidates have:
- A good understanding of business processes in the rental and social housing space.
- Knowledge around Property Maintenance (including maintenance plans, work orders and price books)
- Familiar with support around rent arrears and voids.
