Housing Options Officer
Contract Length: 3 Months
Working Pattern: Hybrid 1 day a week
Pay Rate: Negotiable (Waiting for confirmation on Budget)
System: Northgate
Location: Midlands
Experience needed for Housing Options Officer:
- Over 2 years’ experience in Local Authorities, using knowledge of HRA 2017, and other housing legislation.
- Experience investigating homeless enquiries to help prevent and relieve homelessness.
- Experienced offering assistance, advice, and solutions on housing options.
- Proficient in issuing main duty, S184 decisions.
- Successfully dealt with homelessness presentations in line with the Housing Act 1996 Part VII from initial presentation to Section 184 notifications and beyond.
