HSEQ Manager

About the role:

The role would require a HSEQ (Health, Safety and Environment) Manager to join them in Q4 2024, the role would be based from their office in Den Hague Netherlands, and you would be supporting near shore and onshore projects (survey, construction, inspection) within the renewable energy sector.

The client is an onshore and offshore EPC companies, they work on projects throughout Europe (which you would support) and projects throughout the globe.

They are specifically looking for a candidate who would join their management team, who would be tasked with managing HSEQ pool resource, supporting projects through all project phases (concept through to execution in the field), allocating projects HSEQ requirements, supporting a regional management structure and developing HSEQ strategy.

This is an immediate vacancy, but they are happy to consider all candidates who would be available to start before Xmas. They would be looking to start the initial interviews in the upcoming weeks.

The role requires a HSEQ Manager who is confident in advising projects, operational as well as construction site based staff on health, safety and environmental, quality issues.

Start: November/ December 2024

Location: Den Haag, Netherlands

Salary: €110,000 - €140,000 per annum + Travel + Package

Duration: Permanent

Responsibilities:

Coordinate with projects and allocate resource

Preparation, planning and execution of projects

Support projects through execution work with site visits and support

Implement strategy for the regional and global teams

Safety behaviour program management

Work to enhance the HSEQ site visits and follow up

Help to roll out standardised onboarding throughout the HSEQ team

Review documentation - projects and corporate

Attend investigations as required

Attend kick of meetings for larger projects as required

Act as a strong leader with the HSEQ regional team

Ran by our head of L&D this programme is designed to support junior managers as they start their management career. This involves things like personal branding, time management and ends in a business plan which is presented to members of the Exec board and senior management team.

Systems & Academy Trainer

Kane joined g2 in April 2023 as an Academy & Systems Trainer.

His role involves teaching the consultants that are new to the company the foundations of recruitment and our systems before then helping them to upskill in areas specific to each consultant. Working closely with different consultants and watching them implement the feedback, apply it, and then benefit off the back of it.
