Housing Manager
Housing Manager - 6 months - Hampshire
A close client of mine has reached out to myself to assist them in their search for a Housing Manager to join their team on an interim basis for the course of 6 months.
The ideal candidate would have the following:
Previous experience in:
- Proven experience in a similar role, ideally within the Public Sector
- Maintaining detailed, evidence based records using attention to detail and excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good understanding and knowledge of adult and child safeguarding responsibilities.
Your roles and responsibilities would include:
- lead and manage a team of housing officers and housing assistants
- contribute to the development of the neighbourhood services business plan and budget
- build effective involvement with stakeholders, contributes to safe and sustainable communities and improves resident satisfaction and quality of life.
- Provide advice at tenancy sign up and termination to ensure homes are returned in good, clear condition and let promptly.
