Homelessness Prevention Team Leader
Homelessness Prevention Team Leader - 6 months - Kent - Hybrid
A close client of mine has reached out to myself to assist them in their search for a Housing Options Team Leader to join their team on an interim basis for the course of 6 months.
The ideal candidate would have the following:
Previous experience in:
- Proven experience in a similar role, within the Public Sector at another local authority.
- Maintaining detailed, evidence based records using attention to detail and excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strengthen internal and external partnerships, contributing to service innovation and best practices.
- Oversee homelessness prevention, assessment services, and rehousing, ensuring compliance with statutory frameworks.
Your roles and responsibilities would include:
- lead and manage a team of housing options officers and housing assistants
- Help and be involved in crucial decisions within the council for the Housing Options team.
