Electrical and Instrumentation Engineer
g2 Recruitment are looking for an Asset Engineer to join my client in The Netherlands (South East), Limburg Region. The I&E based asset engineer will join the facility of an international chemical manufacturer.
The client is a chemical manufacturing business which is based in Limburg, close to the German and Belgium borders. The role is office/site based role working with the engineering, projects and maintenance teams, specifically working on planned and preventative maintenance. This role would be to work with the asset, reliability and turnaround teams.
The client is looking for a permanent member of staff, they will not consider freelancers
START: November, December or January 2025
LOCATION: Site Based Role - Limited home based working available
SALARY: €90000 - €100,000 per annum + 8% holiday + package
Essential Skills:
Electrical (Low Voltage) and Instrumentation background (heat, pressure etc..) - 5+ years' experience
Experience on an operational site, understanding of asset inspection, report auditing and review
Knowledge of lifetime asset management processes - 1, 3, 5 and 10 year preventative planning
Understanding of maintenance software systems - ERP/SAP etc..
Understanding of Root Cause Analysis Processes and Procedures (RCA, RCFA)
Fluent Dutch speaking (English is also required for the role)
Beneficial, not Essential:
- Knowledge of DCS or PLC control systems
- Already living locally
