Role: Electrical engineer
Contract: Hybrid (3 days on site)
Salary: 60,000 euros - 85,000 euros

Join our team in Sulzbach-Rosenberg in a full-time or part-time role and take on the following exciting responsibilities:
Your Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of the specification, development, and maintenance of electronic assemblies and systems, focusing on the creation of circuit designs and schematics for interdisciplinary development and customer-specific projects.
- Create and maintain all relevant documentation, including control cabinet layouts, circuit diagrams, parts lists, terminal and cable lists.
- Help advance model-based development and automation in electronics design using macros and configuration tools.
- Ensure compliance with applicable norms and standards, while considering functionality, safety, manufacturability, and cost-efficiency.
- Support and oversee testing processes, implement corrections and modifications, and contribute to ongoing optimization.
- Work collaboratively to enhance methods, tools, and standards that promote the digitisation and automation of mechatronic systems development.
Your Profile:
- A degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field, or equivalent training (Technician/Master Craftsman in Electrical Engineering).
- Several years of professional experience in hardware development for mechatronic systems with a focus on electronics is a plus.
- Proficient in tools such as EPLAN and experienced in creating technical documentation.
- Knowledge of standards-compliant development and documentation practices.
- Fluent in German, with solid English communication skills (spoken and written).
- Strong analytical and learning abilities.
- A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a high degree of motivation, results-focus, and enthusiasm.
