We're recruiting M&E Technical Directors and Associate Directors to join top-tier consultancies working on landmark projects across the Mission Critical and Nuclear sectors.
As a senior technical leader, you'll play a pivotal role in project delivery, client engagement, and team leadership, bringing innovation and best practice to some of the most complex engineering environments in the UK.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and delivery of MEP solutions on complex infrastructure projects
- Provide strategic guidance on technical direction and resource planning
- Engage with clients and stakeholders to ensure excellence at every stage
- Drive BIM and digital design standards where applicable
- Mentor and develop high-performing engineering teams
Requirements:
- Strong Building Services Engineering background (Mechanical or Electrical bias)
- CIBSE membership (Chartered status preferred)
- Experience in the Mission Critical (e.g. data centres, secure facilities) and/or Nuclear sectors
- A track record of leading multidisciplinary teams and delivering large-scale projects
