About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Architectural Technician with strong expertise in Revit and a focus on residential projects, including extensions and loft conversions. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team working on a variety of residential developments, delivering high-quality designs and technical solutions from concept to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Revit Modeling: Produce accurate 3D models and detailed technical drawings for residential projects, including extensions and loft conversions.
- Technical Documentation: Prepare construction drawings, schedules, and building regulation submissions, ensuring compliance with relevant standards.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with architects, engineers, and other professionals to resolve design and technical issues.
- Quality Control: Ensure the accuracy and consistency of all drawings, models, and documents.
- Mentoring: Support and train junior team members on Revit best practices.
Key Requirements:
- Experience: 3+ years as an Architectural Technician, with a focus on residential projects (extensions and loft conversions).
- Revit Expertise: Advanced proficiency in Revit (modeling, families, and technical documentation).
- Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of residential construction, building regs, and technical detailing.
- Qualifications: Relevant degree or diploma in Architectural Technology or related field.
- Skills: Excellent attention to detail, strong communication, and problem-solving abilities.
