About the role:
We are currently looking for a C++ Software Engineer for a client working in the manufacturing machinery industry, specializing in cutting-edge solutions that drive production efficiency and innovation.

Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and enhance software solutions for our manufacturing machinery using C++.
- Work with legacy code and ensure smooth integration and functionality within existing systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement user interfaces (UI) that improve user experience and operational efficiency.
- Troubleshoot and debug complex software issues, ensuring high-quality and reliable code.
- Engage in continuous learning and professional development to stay updated with industry trends and advancements.
- Contribute to the creation of documentation and maintain code quality standards.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in C++ software development.
- Proven experience working with legacy code in a team environment.
- Strong background in UI development, with a portfolio of relevant projects.
- Interest or experience in robotics or software interfacing with real-world applications is a significant plus.
- Proficiency in German, with a minimum of B1 level to effectively communicate within the team and with stakeholders.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
