Freelance Phone Call/Customer Service Coach-Multiple (6) Roles Across Belgium-Banking Client-French and Dutch Speaking.

My client in the Financial Sector are implementing a new standardised mode of customer service and require several coaches to improve adoption of the new standard. The purpose of the implementation is to add a "human" touch to their call centre and ensure a more personalised service. This is a freelance role across either of the 6 locations explained below.

What will you be doing?

  • Engross yourself in my client's objectives- Understanding why and how to implement these.
  • Hands-on training and coaching of the call centre workers to provide a more human-centred service and increase customer satisfaction.
  • Be proactive-identify training needs and react accordingly.
  • Help cultivate a new mindset within the teams and embed the new culture within organisation.
  • Bringing an efficient and positive touch to the team, encouraging people to show their personality.

What do you need?

  • Prior experience in a similar role e.g. Learning and Development, (Call/Customer service) Coaching, Trainer etc…
  • French and Dutch speaking
  • Junior or Medior profile. This is more operational than strategic.
  • Coaching/L&D certificate is a bonus.
  • Positive, empathetic personality.

Logistics

  • Freelance 4-month contract, starting ASAP
  • 6 locations for the client are Ghent, Louvain-le-Neuve, Brussels, Sint Truiden, Malines, Aalst. You will need to work from one of these locations.

Academy:
Week 1 is a series of remote sessions to learn all things systems, followed by a 1 week academy process which is a mixture of classroom and deskside this will be in one of our UK offices and usually consists of 3-8 other consultants all starting their journey together.

Experienced Modules:
These are a variety of sessions curated by us designed to support consultants as they are progressing through the career ladder, the aim is to ensure consultants at all levels have access to L&D.

Junior Management Programme:
Ran by our head of L&D this programme is designed to support junior managers as they start their management career. This involves things like personal branding, time management and ends in a business plan which is presented to members of the Exec board and senior management team.
