Financial Project Manager

A key Logistics Client based in Brussels are currently searching for a Freelance Finance Project Manager for an O2C Process Improvement project. They are looking for someone to work with one of their subsidiaries on understanding / improving their Order To Cash process. This will be a 3-month contract (extendable) with a hybrid working of 2-3 days a week on site. The selected candidate must be willing to travel to Paris often to meet with the subsidiary.

Role

  • Understand how the process currently works at a Group Level
  • Working with the subsidiary on understanding their current process of Order to Cash
  • Collect relevant information from the subsidiary to design improvements / solutions
  • Have Key Interactions with various stakeholders - IT, Finance & C -Level.

Profile

  • 3+ years experience in Project Management
  • Expert within Transformation / Process Improvement
  • Order to Cash Process Knowledge
  • French Native. Dutch Conversational.

Academy:
Week 1 is a series of remote sessions to learn all things systems, followed by a 1 week academy process which is a mixture of classroom and deskside this will be in one of our UK offices and usually consists of 3-8 other consultants all starting their journey together.

Experienced Modules:
These are a variety of sessions curated by us designed to support consultants as they are progressing through the career ladder, the aim is to ensure consultants at all levels have access to L&D.

Junior Management Programme:
Ran by our head of L&D this programme is designed to support junior managers as they start their management career. This involves things like personal branding, time management and ends in a business plan which is presented to members of the Exec board and senior management team.
