The G2V Recruitment Group - an award-winning group of staffing specialists comprising of 3 separate brands present a fantastic opportunity with the Talent Team. We operate within the Technology, Engineering, Life Sciences and Government Sectors. Our teams work from more than 25 offices across the UK, EU and US, applying a holistic approach and delivering high-quality, end-to-end staffing.
Due to our exciting growth plans, g2 Recruitment are hiring an Internal Recruiter to support g2's ambitious growth plans as we continue to build teams across the UK and invest heavily in our European divisions.
We have opened 15 offices across the globe in 15 years however between now and 2026, g2 have expansion plans that exceed what we've experienced already! Key to this is the expansion of our office footprint across UK/EU and to achieve this, it is vital we invest in the right people and as such, invest further in our esteemed Talent Team.
As part of the role, you'll take full ownership of Internal Recruitment in various regions and have the opportunity to climb our own bespoke career ladder.
What the role involves:
→ You'll be supported by our Senior Management Team and be tasked with attracting graduates/experienced Recruitment Consultants who have the potential to become our next Top Biller and future leaders
→ Managed directly by Nikita Parmar, Head of Internal Recruitment
→ Collaboration with the Talent Acquisition Team and hiring managers in each office
→ Organisation of Assessment Centres
→ Build relationships with universities
→ Organisation of external events - career fairs, sponsorships
→ Brand ambassador for g2
→ Support our succession planning strategy
→ Managing the recruitment process, from identifying prospects through to interview stage and final on boarding
→ Writing and posting adverts on all job boards, managing social media platforms, reviewing CVs and selecting suitable candidates
→ An important part of this role will be building relationships with stakeholders to fully understand their hiring needs, working proactively to anticipate the needs of the business and deliver results to meet headcount targets
