Maintenance Manager

g2 Recruitment are currently looking for a Maintenance Manager to join my client in North Brabant. The client is looking for a Permanent candidate to work on maintaining the Electrical/Mechanical Machinery on their site.

They are looking for a Maintenance Manager who is well experienced at managing the technical and peoples management aspect.

The focus will be on the Maintenance Manager to make sure that all of the machinery on site is maintained, so anyone with a Mechanical, Electrical or Electromechanical background is needed for this position.

START: Jan/Feb 2025

LOCATION: North Brabant, Netherlands

SALARY: €80,000-€110,000 per annum (+ package)

Maintenance Manager Specification:

Electrical/Mechanical Maintenance engineering experience

Experience managing a team of 10

Knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical and Automation engineering is beneficial

Experience with working in the machinery industry

Dutch speaking is crucial.

Experienced Modules:
These are a variety of sessions curated by us designed to support consultants as they are progressing through the career ladder, the aim is to ensure consultants at all levels have access to L&D.

Junior Management Programme:
Ran by our head of L&D this programme is designed to support junior managers as they start their management career. This involves things like personal branding, time management and ends in a business plan which is presented to members of the Exec board and senior management team.
