Maintenance Manager
g2 is currently looking for a Maintenance Team Lead (E&I) for a client based in Groningen, the client is a leading energy company operating on a global scale.
Maintenance Team Lead Specification:
START: March - April 2025
LOCATION: Groningen
WORKING PATTERN: 40 hours per week, 1 day from home (as communicated with the team)
DURATION: 12-month initial contract
Essential Skills:
- 5 years of managerial experience preferably in the energy, oil, gas or chemical industry, of which 2 years of experience in the maintenance of Electrical and Measurement/Control/Process Automation of large industrial process installations.
- HBO / BSc degree in Electrical, Energy Technology or similar.
- Leading the Maintenance team and contributing to the lifecycle optimisation of installations within your field.
- Monitoring the general condition of the installations and making (improvement) proposals for maintenance work.
- Managing maintenance work within the set budgets and contributing to an effective and efficient maintenance organisation.
- Performing failure analyses, drawing up reports and participating in cross-departmental consultations.
- Active participation in project teams, including revisions and stops, where you are responsible for planning and budgeting.
- Ensuring compliance with the client's safety policy and ensuring that work is carried out in accordance with prescribed instructions.
- Excellent project management skills, including planning and organising, problem analysis, collaboration, persuasiveness, result orientation, initiative, communication skills and safety awareness.
- Dutch speaking is essential.
