MEP Project Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced MEP Project Manager to join our client's team. The role will involve overseeing, planning, and managing the MEP package for a Data Centre construction project, ensuring the successful achievement of objectives within the defined time and budget constraints.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, design, and execution of MEP systems, ensuring alignment with project specifications, relevant codes, and industry standards.
- Coordinate closely with architects, engineers, and construction teams to seamlessly incorporate MEP systems into the overall project framework.
- Monitor and manage key project milestones to prevent delays and maintain project timelines.
- Provide support for engineering decisions related to project costs, especially during design-build changes throughout construction.
- Serve as a liaison between clients, contractors, and team members to ensure clear communication of MEP requirements and timelines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
- 7+ years experience managing MEP works on large-scale construction projects, preferably in data centre construction.
- Strong communication and organisational skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- A collaborative mindset, self-driven, and open to supporting various teams and projects when needed.
- Innovative, proactive, and adaptable approach.
- Fluent in English and full working proficiency in German.
