Offshore Project Manager

Are you interested in being apart of the Green/Renewable Energy space?

The client is specifically looking for a Project Manager to join the team on a payroll basis. The Project Manager would need to have experience working in the Offshore industry.

The role will suit a Project Manager who has experience working on large scale offshore marine projects within the renewable industry. The client is specifically managing the projects portfolio for innovative marine projects covering the development and delivery for new offshore renewable power sources.

Project Manager:

START: October/November/December 2024

LOCATION: Rotterdam, The Hague Netherlands

SALARY: €70,000-€85,000 per annum (+package)

PACKAGE: 28 days holiday

ENGLISH SPEAKING ONLY

Essential Project Management skills

  • 5+ years working within Project Management
  • Technical engineering background - degree qualified
  • Knowledge of concept, engineering, design, deployment of offshore assets
  • Knowledge of project, cost and stakeholder management (beneficial, not essential)
  • Experience working on Offshore projects (preferably marine)
  • Motivated to work within the renewable energy industry

Academy:
Week 1 is a series of remote sessions to learn all things systems, followed by a 1 week academy process which is a mixture of classroom and deskside this will be in one of our UK offices and usually consists of 3-8 other consultants all starting their journey together.

Experienced Modules:
These are a variety of sessions curated by us designed to support consultants as they are progressing through the career ladder, the aim is to ensure consultants at all levels have access to L&D.

Junior Management Programme:
Ran by our head of L&D this programme is designed to support junior managers as they start their management career. This involves things like personal branding, time management and ends in a business plan which is presented to members of the Exec board and senior management team.
