Project Manager

Project Manager to support an EPC construction client within the renewable sector, the client is specifically working on sustainable CAPEX projects which will be delivered globally totaling around €30 - €50 Million in value per project.

The role will be starting in November, December or January, the projects will be delivered from the clients base in Den Hague, but the projects are delivered across the globe.

The Project Manager will work from the client's office near to Den Hague, working remotely and onsite for meeting and site visits. The client is delivering a cutting edge new sustainable construction concepts.

LOCATION: Den Hague, Netherlands

START: November, December 2024 or January 2025

SALARY: €70,000 - €90,000 per annum + package

Project Manager

· 5+ years' experience working in a projects, contracts or construction roles

· Experience working on EPC/Construction projects

· Project Manager with experience with planning, cost and risk

· Experience working on projects from kick off - setting up systems and processes

· Client-side and/or EPC Contractor experience is very beneficial

· Experience with resource costing, contract queries and sub-contractor management

· Good communication skills, able to speak with clients and sub-contractors onsite

· Fluent English speaking

The client requires candidates who have a working history delivering projects from €10 million upwards, as a single project or within a portfolio of projects.

The client is classed within the renewable sector, they use cutting edge technology to design, engineer and build carbon neutral greenfield projects.

You will be delivering projects from the start, initially you will help the existing projects team to set up the framework for contracts (contracts are already in place with sub-contractors), procurement and payments, you will then support the EPC project through its full delivery to completion.

Ran by our head of L&D this programme is designed to support junior managers as they start their management career. This involves things like personal branding, time management and ends in a business plan which is presented to members of the Exec board and senior management team.
