Quality Coordinator

About the role:

We are currently looking for a Quality Coordinator with industrial projects experience to work on a project in Rotterdam. The client has an immediate need for a Quality Coordinator to assist primarily with quality control & documentation for a site-based CAPEX project.

The successful candidate must also be happy to be in the field giving guidance to sub-contractors and workers.

This role will also suit a Quality / QAQC Engineer with experience in EPC projects in chemicals, renewables, oil & gas, etc.

This role would be able to start immediately for 2 days per week, and become full time from January.

Location: Rotterdam, Netherlands

Salary/Rate: Negotiable

Duration: 9 Month Contract

Requirements:

5+ years' quality coordination / QAQC Engineer experience.

Experience with industrial, ideally EPC projects

No specialism required, must have general experience with mechanical equipment, pumps, piping, welding, etc.

Practical, hands on person who wants to work and guide people in the field.

Experience setting up quality processes for a project.


Beneficial Skills:

Any certificate for welding inspection, but this is not essential.

Academy:
Week 1 is a series of remote sessions to learn all things systems, followed by a 1 week academy process which is a mixture of classroom and deskside this will be in one of our UK offices and usually consists of 3-8 other consultants all starting their journey together.

Experienced Modules:
These are a variety of sessions curated by us designed to support consultants as they are progressing through the career ladder, the aim is to ensure consultants at all levels have access to L&D.

Junior Management Programme:
Ran by our head of L&D this programme is designed to support junior managers as they start their management career. This involves things like personal branding, time management and ends in a business plan which is presented to members of the Exec board and senior management team.
