Client: Food & Beverage Manufacturer
Location: Near Ghent, with travel to Rotterdam and Germany
Job Type: Freelance, Full-time (40 hours/week)
Duration: 12 months, with the possibility of transitioning to a permanent role
Start Date: Immediate
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the SAP ECC-focused maintenance project, ensuring smooth operation and timely delivery of objectives.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, maintaining open and transparent communication.
- Prepare for potential SAP S/4HANA upgrade planning and execution.
- Oversee technical aspects of SAP implementations and integration's within the food & beverage manufacturing environment.
- Regularly coordinate with teams and stakeholders across multiple sites, including Rotterdam and Germany.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years in SAP project management, with proven expertise in SAP ECC; senior-level candidates only.
- Technical Expertise: A strong technical background in SAP implementations and upgrades is preferred.
- Languages: Native-level Dutch is mandatory; professional-level German is highly advantageous.
- Travel & On-site: Flexibility to work on-site near Ghent most of the time, with occasional travel to Rotterdam and Germany; 52 remote working days annually.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional leadership skills, open communication style, and the ability to manage complex projects effectively.
