Senior Health Safety Environment Advisor

HSE Senior Advisor to join a client in their office in Belgium, Brussels.

The role would require a HSE Advisor to join them to support ongoing operations throughout the Benelux with support for OPEX and CAPEX projects.

The client is a chemical plant operator and they are working on the expansion of an existing plant with further support for general operations. This is a major CAPEX project and you would be working on the client operator side.

START: January, February or March 2025

SALARY: €60,000 - €100,000 per annum + package (Role Dependent)

LOCATION: Brussels, Central - Belgium

The client is looking for a HSE advisor - This would be a corporate role, supporting the business throughout the Benelux

Specification:

- HSE/HSSE technical background with relevant certification

- Relevant HSE certification for Belgium OR The Netherlands worksites (MVK/PA2)

- Experience with major EPC/CAPEX/OPEX projects

- Strong hands on safety management experience - client side ideally

- Ideally experience working as part of an international safety (HSSE) team

- Excellent English language skills

- Dutch or French language skills are very beneficial, but not essential

The client has an immediate vacancy and are able to interview over the coming weeks, they would be happy for the successful candidate to mobilise at your earliest convenience. Ideally beginning work onsite from January onwards.

The HSE Advisor will work in direct support of the HSE Manager.

Experienced Modules:
These are a variety of sessions curated by us designed to support consultants as they are progressing through the career ladder, the aim is to ensure consultants at all levels have access to L&D.

Junior Management Programme:
Ran by our head of L&D this programme is designed to support junior managers as they start their management career. This involves things like personal branding, time management and ends in a business plan which is presented to members of the Exec board and senior management team.
