Telecoms Engineer

About the role:

Our EPC client are searching for a Telecoms Engineer to work on their green field projects. This position will require 5+ years of detailed engineering experience and will be working from their site in Rotterdam. The client are working on a portfolio of green field projects and require a Telecoms Engineer for 12 months initially.

Location: Rotterdam, Netherlands

Rate: Negotiable

Duration: 12 Months

Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for the telecoms systems on my clients portfolio of green field projects, for example, radio systems and long Wi-Fi.

Requirements:

· At least 5-10+ years' experience as a Telecoms Engineer

· Experience working on full EPC projects

· At least 4 years experience in greenfield automation and detailed engineering

· Electrical and Instrumentation Engineering education and qualification (degree preferable)

· Experience with green field projects

Academy:
Week 1 is a series of remote sessions to learn all things systems, followed by a 1 week academy process which is a mixture of classroom and deskside this will be in one of our UK offices and usually consists of 3-8 other consultants all starting their journey together.

Experienced Modules:
These are a variety of sessions curated by us designed to support consultants as they are progressing through the career ladder, the aim is to ensure consultants at all levels have access to L&D.

Junior Management Programme:
Ran by our head of L&D this programme is designed to support junior managers as they start their management career. This involves things like personal branding, time management and ends in a business plan which is presented to members of the Exec board and senior management team.
