g2's office is based within the heart of Manchester (St. Peters Square) with over half our consultants having relocated into the city. Since 2004 we have stuck too our core values and went on to create a professional yet exciting environment, you will be coming into a very dynamic team, a mixture of consultants ranging from 6-month's experience through to 10 years+!
The role…
As a 360 recruiter you will develop market knowledge and become a sector expert. You will use this knowledge to provide a high quality, elite service to our clients, finding and matching the best candidates to their needs. You will have the tools and opportunities to grow your network and build relationships with clients and candidates, helping you develop your business.
- Advertising - build a personal social media presence
- Become a specialist in a core market, both UK and European markets
- Building a business strategy to target new key clients
- Building a portfolio of clients and candidates within your chosen sector
- Creating candidate relationships and sourcing new roles
- Develop sales skills as well as recruitment knowledge

What experience do we need from YOU?
- No previous recruitment experience is required as you will go through full training with our Internal Learning and Development team
