Zelfstandige E&I Engineer (ZZP)

g2 Recruitment are currently looking for an E&I Engineer to work on an immediate basis for an opportunity within the Clean Energy Industry in South Holland, The Netherlands.

The client has taken on long term CAPEX projects and requires someone to assist within E&I. You will have to have experience on EPC projects, working on the full project lifecycle.

ELECTRICAL & INSTRUMENTATION ENGINEER

START: Q1 2025

LOCATION: South Holland, Netherlands

DURATION: 24 months

WORKING PATTERN: Hybrid

RATES: €100-130 per hour

Specification:

  • Electrical & Instrumentation Experience.
  • 5-10+ Years E&I engineering experience in the petrochemical, chemical or oil & gas industry.
  • Experience performing engineering assignments (production, maintenance, process, capital projects, R/D).
  • Involving the application of established electrical technology and principles and often requiring coordination with other engineering and functional competencies to provide economical and expedient task implementation.
  • May be assigned to lead the electrical function associated with project.
  • Also lead commissioning, startups, troubleshooting (FAT / SAT and SIL experience).
  • EPC projects Experience.
  • English & Dutch Speaking (essential).

This will require someone who is interested in working on expansion and renovation projects to work in a team to ensure the project is completed successfully.

Week 1 is a series of remote sessions to learn all things systems, followed by a 1 week academy process which is a mixture of classroom and deskside this will be in one of our UK offices and usually consists of 3-8 other consultants all starting their journey together.

Experienced Modules:
These are a variety of sessions curated by us designed to support consultants as they are progressing through the career ladder, the aim is to ensure consultants at all levels have access to L&D.

Junior Management Programme:
Ran by our head of L&D this programme is designed to support junior managers as they start their management career. This involves things like personal branding, time management and ends in a business plan which is presented to members of the Exec board and senior management team.
